All the way back to Westfork

So much to do out there that I had to go back for more. This time it was a little warmer but I had new problems in mind. Time to see how the foot was healing and climb like it was a normal day.
A spring on the way in
My goal for the trip was to do some new things and get on some leftovers from last time. The new was so good that I never got to the leftovers.
After a lot of tossing of stones the landings were ready and it was time to start in on the climbing. I thought that the slab would be super easy but it turned out to be a moderate head game. Fun for sure. Next it was on the the slightly hard things and so Newton was born.

Newton's first move was a big mantal on small crimps. A supper steep start to a great finish on this V3.

Time for the long rail on the far side. What a great climb. The farther you go the harder it gets with a mantel finish waiting.
Gravitational Pull V3
Then there was the off balance arete next door. I really like the feel of this one. Cool moves right out of the box.
The cross move on Rip Cord V4
Ah but this was all warm-up for the best boulder problem on the boulder. Gravitron V5 It took about 4 tries to stick all the moves but what an incredible line. Lots of throwing is the name of the game.
Swing up to a heal while holding the compression
Bump the right hand up.

Throw hard to a blind crimp

Bump the right heal up and compress

Blind bump for the jug.
Just campus out because that's what the pro's do right. Well almost. What a great day and now I must go back to get the things I left done. Bummer. Climb on people and thanks for reading.
