Cascade Boulders Hear We Come

After looking at the forecast we decided to hit the Cascade boulders to give us more time to climb and clean boulders. A short drive up the gorge got us to the parking area and 15 minutes of hiking later got us in to the boulders. We did a little more looking around and then got warmed up on some problems I put up last time I was out there. At this point we wanted something new and so we started cleaning on this boulder. It is about 12' high and 20' in diameter. When it is ready there should be about 9 problems on it.

We also cleaned off 3 other boulders. The Tooth Cave boulder has some holds on a horizontal roof and then finishes with a sick mantel. V4 to the lip and much harder to top out.

Eric found a nice tall face with just a few small holds and a big through at the top. Unfortunately it started to rain just when he got on it. Next time he will send for sure.

We did managed to send the last one that I cleaned because it was protected from the rain by large fir tree's. Some Like It Wet V5 FA Eric, Tymun Supper powerful sloppers was the way of this one.
We managed to get a full day in before the weather came. Hears hopping this rain ends soon.
